This course is brought to you in partnership with Just.Safe.Food. and is available on the Mandated Reporter Training platform. The California Food Handler Training will provide education on safe food preparation and handling techniques intended for food handlers who prepare, store, or serve food. This course is ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board) accredited. Upon completion, learners will be issued a certificate of completion and a California food handlers card.
This training consists of four lessons and concludes with a final exam to test your knowledge of the material. You will learn about food and worker safety, proper food preparation and storage, methods for preventing contamination, as well as:

At the conclusion of the training, you will take a final exam which will test the information that you have learned during the training.
Upon successful completion of the exam, a training certificate and California food handlers card validating your completion of training is available.
