This Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training course provides an overview of the definitions, requirements, and protections associated with being a mandated reporter in Hawaii. The General Training course is all-inclusive, non-profession specific, and should be taken by every mandated reporter.

  • Understanding the types of child abuse and neglect, how to recognize them, and the contributing factors that make up each type
  • How to report suspected or known child abuse
  • The events that follow a report

How it Works

Mandated Reporter Training consists of specialized training followed by an exam to test your knowledge and earn your certificate.
