What You Will Learn
This training consists of four lessons and concludes with a final exam to test your knowledge of the material. You will learn why we all have bias, how those biases form, and what steps can be taken to address them, as well as:

- Explore initial strategies to mitigate the effects of implicit bias and foster more intentional, equitable behaviors.
- Commit to ongoing self-reflection and learning as part of a continuous journey toward greater personal and institutional equity.
