Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request we disclose what personal information we have about you and what we do with that information, to delete your personal information, to direct us not to sell or share your personal information, to correct inaccurate information that we have about you, and to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

  • Your account
  • Your entire training history
  • All of your certificates of completion
  • All of your organization associations

We will share the following information with you:

  • The categories of information we collect about you
  • The sources of that information
  • The purposes we use that information for
  • Who, if anyone, that information is disclosed with
  • We do not sell your information.
  • To the extent that we share your information, this opts you out of that sharing.
  • We will correct inaccurate information we may have about you.
  • Limit how we use the personal information you provide to only be used for the services you requested.
  • Request additional information on how exercising your privacy rights may affect your ability to receive special offers or discounts.
